crime for (free) care

While committing a crime may be the only ticket to prison, some older adults may take the plunge--no joke, some may be forced to do so--bank accounts are near drained and pensions have decreased.
But wait, there's more.
You can get free room and board, around the clock inspections and three meals a day. Not to mention day programs--and it's all covered by the government. Not a bad long term care option and evidence shows some older adults in Germany are taking advantage of this...(article will be posted shortly)
And what about those inmates who have been in prison all their lives? Lucky for them they don't have to worry about picking a nursing home--the nursing home comes to them!
Apparently Tegal Prison in Germany is looking for geriatric specialists to train prison staff to keep up with the increase of baby boomer inmates--I think I found my calling.
