No one has embraced older adulthood and longevity like my Auntie Rose.In her 97th year, she has barely stopped.
She is this weeks inspiration, not only since it is her 97th birthday, but because she defies everything that an ageist and gerontophobic world believe what an older person should be like--she is the opposite...she continues to be a mover and a shaker, an adventurer, a schmoozer, a heart breaker and (I have to say this) a bad ass.
I love you Auntie Rose. Happy Birthday.
